Title: "Balancing Risk & Return in a No Growth Economic Environment" 
Presented by: Kent Kirby, Commerce Bank and Doug Skinner, AFS

In this economy, achieving the proper balance between risk and return requires discipline and the right decision processes. How do I decipher lending risks from opportunities for growth? Do I have the right credit delivery model? How should I balance my portfolio in a “lower for longer” interest rate environment? Hear from credit leaders how they address these questions and how they incorporate comparable market date to drive and retain revenue.

Lunch Innovation Session from 12:30-1:15, 
Title: "CECL, Capital Planning and Stress Testing"
H. Walter Young at M&T Bank, shared his unique perspectives on M&T’s approach, progress and success with tackling some of today’s most immediate regulatory concerns, including 1) the forward-looking CECL requirements, 2) the burdens that require lifetime loan loss reserves will have on financial institutions, and 3) what strategic initiatives M&T and other institutions will need to implement in order to reach compliance.
